Roles and Responsibilities:
• On-boarding Clients from the sales team, educating them about daily operations.
• Creating Audit report and plan of action for the launch or monthly and quarterly progress.
• Understanding Seller Business, Products, and their use case.
• Creating listings/catalogue, following the marketplace guidelines and Selvitate standards.
• Creating Database of keywords, sales, tax and traffic reports for individual marketplaces and clients
• Creating advertisement strategies, optimizing spend to revenue ratio under company standards.
• Planning Promotional Activity depending on the market and client demand. Also, Strategy to Implement.
• Track and monitor the performance and sales of the clients.
• Interacting with clients to ensure product availability and pricing with regular inventory updates.
• Generating reports of performance, tax, and plan of action along with targets and implementation.
• Assigning tasks to executives and tracking the progress of the task.
• Creating deadlines for tasks, driving the executive team to meet them.

• Create product listings on market places with good content
• Content writing and Cataloging
• Work tracking order, processing, and shipping
• Order processing and dispatching of products
• Co-ordinate with the client to ensure inventory data
• Address customer queries and provide customer support
• Co-ordinate with Market places for deals and promotions
• Consult clients to increase their E-commerce business
